The Path to Mental Strength, Health & Balance
During an extended stay in Spain as an au pair and a time of personal reorientation, I began to explore my own growth and self-development more deeply. It was during this period that I discovered my passion for holistic health, mental strength, and mindful living - which led me to train as a Wellness Coach (IST). Guided by the motto “Mens sana in corpore sano - a healthy mind lives in a healthy body,” I learned how closely the body, mind, and soul are connected.
Since then, movement, relaxation, and mindfulness have formed the foundation of my work - complemented by solid insights into psychology, nutrition, and stress management. I recognized early on how essential a balanced diet is: “You are what you eat.” That realization inspired me to deepen my knowledge in nutrition and health counseling.
Over the past twenty years, I’ve continued to expand my expertise through further training as a Personal Coach and Resilience Trainer. I not only apply what I’ve learned in my own life but also help others build inner strength, reduce stress, and find a healthy work-life balance.
Before becoming a coach, I worked for many years as a business economist in the financial sector. The demanding pace - deadlines, office work, and responsibility - taught me how important it is to strengthen mental health and pay attention to the body’s signals.
Today, I combine my experience in business and coaching to support people in a holistic way - helping them find more energy, resilience, and inner balance in their daily lives.
